Governance and Governing Bodies

DHB Bank has a two-tier management structure, the Managing Board (MB) and the Supervisory Board (SB). 

The MB is responsible for the day-to-day management of the bank, for the development and implementation of policies and long-term strategy, risk management and internal governance, for the fulfilment of the bank’s obligations towards regulatory bodies, and for representing the Bank.

The SB is responsible for the supervision of the policy of the MB, for the supervision of the general course of affairs and risk management, and for assessing and approving the strategies and budget proposed by the MB.
