Position Profile
We are looking for a Relationship Manager in Financial Institutions & Forfaiting Department (FI RM) as from September 2022.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of the daily activities of the department
  • Manage and improve relationship with correspondent banks
  • Finding new counterparties for both on asset and liability side of bank
  • Generate assets in the form syndications, Schuldscheindarlehen (SSD), bilateral loans and other products
  • Trade assets in the secondary markets, arrange credit risk insurance for risk mitigation
  • Arrange wholesale funding to the bank in line with bank’s strategy
  • Coordinate risk mitigating and execution of insurance policies
  • Closely follow up and stay updated in the markets DHB Bank is active
  • Close follow up of related regulations and financial statement of the Bank
  • Assist and execute various FI related projects
  • Support other departments for correspondent bank related or other relevant problems
  • Close cooperation with other front offices and back offices to have efficient workflow within the Bank.
  • At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics Engineering or related field;
  • Master degree is plus
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within banking sector and minimum 3 years working experience in Financial Institutions Department
  • Fluent in English and Turkish verbally and in writing; Dutch/German/French are plus
  • Good knowledge of reviewing financial reports of banks and corporates
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
  • Ability to forward thinking and to find solutions to optimize and increase efficiency

  • Team player
  • Advanced skills on MS Office and others;
  • Willing to live in Rotterdam
